Sandy Kappe, President of ITHawaii.com, has been with the company since 2020.

With 30+ years of experience in IT operations and service management, she has scaled MSPs and led global IT teams, including at Baker Hughes (an American global energy technology company co-headquartered in Houston and London). She later built a 24/7 service center generating $4M annually.

Originally from Houston, Sandy moved to Kauai in 2010 and Oahu in 2024. A mother, grandmother, and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, beach time, and recently completed her first half marathon.
